General Comments

Outside tradesmen are not allowed on our property without permission and proper insurance coverage.

We will additional mooring lines when necessary for the safety of your boat and charge you for them. We do not always have time to search your boat for extra lines.

****Credit Terms****

​

We cannot carry credit for more than 30 days.

Accounts are due when rendered. 

 Accounts past 30 days will be charge a 2% service charge per month.

Storage Season

​

September 1st to June 1st 

We reserve the right to haul-out your boat after Thanks-giving weekend.

​

Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

​

We reserve the right to refuse to store uninsured boats.

​

BOATS AND MOTORS ARE STORED AND MOORED AT OWNER'S OWN RISK!!

Should your boat not return to the water next season, please advise as a second move may be necessary for which you will be charged.

​

We cannot be responsible for theft of equipment and require you to have  marine insurance for winter storage. We cannot guarantee access to water and electricity.
